support staff, meeting/training rooms etc.
The hub will be used by Heidenhain and its partner OEMs/OEIs for
demonstration, collaborative projects, training, and workforce development.

semiconductor equipment makers, advanced manufacturing, robotics and

The hands-on demonstration lab enables customers and partners to see the
technology in real action (machine tool, automation, etc) rather than just

HEIDENHAIN Corporation — “CONNECT” Manufacturing Innovation Hub
MI is the keystone training partner for the location. This hub serves as a U.S. innovation,
demonstration and training centre for Heidenhain’s motion-control, encoder and CNC-control
technologies. It’s purpose is to provide hands-on demonstration space, training for workforce
development, collaboration with OEMs/OEIs (original equipment integrators) and tool-builders,
and to host advanced machine tool / semiconductor / automation applications.
